Mobile wood fired oven 

 

A unique mobile organic wood fired bakery that comes to you - Your farmers market - Your show - Your event or even to your school for an educational visit.

We aim to bring you great tasting freshly baked organic foods – to begin with we will be specializing in pizza’s and hearth breads, but as things develop we hope to extend our range to biscuits, pies and pastys. We’ll be guided by you – please tell us what you would like to see us baking and we will do our best to bake it. (contact e mail).

We will be blazing a trail for great tasting baking – our wood fired oven produces superb results and has the added benefit of being CO2 neutral. Using the best local ingredients – many fresh from our own Soil Association Certified organic farm .

  At the heart of our baking will be fresh organic wholemeal flour grown on our farm and stoneground daily in our own dedicated mill. We will be using other fresh ingredients when they are in season – for example Tomatoes, Basil and Rocket from our polytunnels.
