Mobile wood fired oven 

 

A unique mobile organic wood fired bakery that can come to your school for a free educational visit. 

The oven is a central part of our unique award winning "Seed to Loaf Roadshow" , where children have a very hands on role in discovering where their daily bread comes from.

  At the heart of our baking will be fresh organic wholemeal flour where possible grown on our farm and stoneground  in our own dedicated mill. We will be using other fresh ingredients when they are in season – for example Tomatoes, Basil and Rocket from our polytunnels. The oven can be used to create both delicious bread and pizzas.
